Certain press, bloggers and other literature have stated that products similar to the Jade Egg can cause infections, septic shock and possibly death.
While we believe the Jade Egg and other products that we offer to be safe when used properly and in accordance with all provided instructions, we do not guarantee that they are safe, that you will not be injured or that any illness or other negative health consequences may be triggered by your use of these products. Therefore, you agree that your use of the Jade Egg and any products that we may sell or offer is entirely at your own risk. In no event will be held liable to any party for any direct, indirect, punitive, special, incidental or other consequential damages arising directly or indirectly from any use of the Site or any products or services offered thereon l, which is provided “as is,” and without warranties.
COACHING DISCLAIMER
Description of Coaching: Coaching is partnership (defined as an alliance, not a legal business partnership) between the Coach and the Client in a thought-provoking and creative process that is intended to inspire the Client to better maximize their potential relative to a particular topic. It is designed to facilitate the creation and development of personal, professional or business goals and to assist the Client in their ability to formulate and carry out a strategy and/or plan for achieving those goals. Coaching is experienced subjectively and differently by different persons and is very much subject to an intangible dynamic between the Coach and the Client. Therefore, different people may experience different results and Client recognizes that the Coach cannot and does not guarantee any satisfaction or particular results from the Coaching Services. Client understands that coaching is, at present, an unregulated industry and the Coach is not licensed by The State of New York, United States or any other state/country. Client also understands that for all legal purposes, the services provided by the Coach will be considered to be provided in The State of New York, United States.
Coach-Client Relationship
A. Coach agrees to maintain the ethics and standards of behavior established by the International Coach Federation “(ICF)” (coachfederation.org/ethics) and the VITA™ Coaching Code of Ethics. It is recommended that the Client review the ICF Code of Ethics and the applicable standards of behavior.
B. Client is solely responsible for creating and implementing their own physical, mental and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions, and results arising out of or resulting from the coaching relationship and their coaching calls and interactions with the Coach. As such, the Client agrees that the Coach is not and will not be liable or responsible for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by the Coach. Client understands coaching is not therapy or medical advice, does not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical disease, and does not substitute for therapy or medical advice if needed.
C. Client understands the risks associated with holistic tools used in Coaching Services such as breathwork, yoni/jade egg, sex toys, somatic embodiment, and self pleasure practices. Coach agrees to inform Client of any and all risks associated before suggesting such practices to Client. Client agrees to refrain from using breathwork if they have epilepsy, seizures, or asthma, and to use only gentle breathwork if pregnant or may be pregnant. Client understands not to use yoni/jade egg if pregnant, menstruating, inserting anally, with vaginal, pelvic or uterine infection.
D. Client further acknowledges either they or Coach may terminate or discontinue the coaching relationship at any time, subject only to the commercial terms that have been agreed relative to payment of fees due.
E. Client acknowledges that coaching is a comprehensive process that may involve different areas of their life, including work, finances, health, relationships, education, and recreation. The Client agrees that deciding how to handle these issues, incorporating coaching principles into those areas, and implementing choices is exclusively the Client’s responsibility.
F. Client understands that in order to enhance the coaching relationship, the Client agrees to communicate honestly, to be open to feedback and assistance, and to create the time and energy to participate fully in the Coaching Services.
G. Client understands that all comments and ideas offered by the Coach are solely for the purpose of aiding in achieving Client’s defined goals and desires. Client has the ability to give informed consent, and hereby give such consent to Coach to assist in achieving such goals and desires.
H. Client understands that some of the practices suggested by the Coach are sexual in nature. Client has the ability to give informed consent and has no obligation to participate in such practices. Both parties acknowledge the right to consent. Sexual harassment and unsolicited sexual comments are not tolerated in the space between Client and Coach via video/audio call, email, audio message, or any form of communication.
COURSE DISCLAIMER
You understand and agree that any courses or other informational or educational materials offered through our site are provided to you to satisfy your own interest in the topics presented and your own self improvement.
